We aim to be clear about refunds before any booking or purchase is made.

Because courses involve planning, reserved places, and live teaching time, and because digital resources are accessed immediately, different rules apply to each type of purchase.

Courses

Course places are limited and reserved specifically for the enrolling family once payment has been received.

• Courses are non-refundable once started.
• Before the start date, requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Any pre-start review will take account of the timing of the request and whether the place can reasonably be reallocated.

Digital downloads

Digital resources are made available immediately or shortly after purchase, which means access begins without delay.

• All digital downloads are non-refundable.
• Due to instant access, refunds cannot be issued.

Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases, Quality First Education may review situations individually.

Where a family needs support in unusual circumstances, we will always aim to communicate clearly and consider the situation with care.
