This code of conduct outlines the standards that help protect the quality of learning, communication, and community at Quality First Education.

It is intended to support a calm and respectful environment for children, parents, and staff alike.

For students

Learners are supported to participate in a way that helps sessions remain focused, kind, and productive.

  • Be respectful.
  • Follow instructions.
  • Participate positively.
  • Treat other learners, teachers, and shared spaces with care.

For parents

Parents are important partners in the learning journey, and clear, respectful communication helps that partnership work well.

  • Communicate respectfully.
  • Support your child’s learning.
  • Respect the boundaries of sessions.
  • Use parent-facing spaces and communication channels in a constructive and appropriate way.

Community spaces

Where forums, messaging, or community spaces are available, they are intended to remain safe, respectful, and supportive.

  • Respectful communication is required.
  • Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal.
  • Content that is unsafe, disrespectful, or not aligned with the purpose of the space may be moderated or removed.
