Foundations in early learning
This stage focuses on helping children feel secure in the basics, so early learning feels clear, manageable, and positive from the very beginning.
Typical lesson length
Hatchling sessions are intentionally kept short, focused, and developmentally appropriate so early learning feels manageable, secure, and purposeful.
Growing confidence and early independence
Children begin to apply what they know with more consistency, building fluency through repetition, encouragement, and carefully structured teaching.

Phonics sessions remain 25 minutes; most broader lessons are 45–50 minutes.
Developing understanding and deeper thinking
At this stage, children begin making stronger connections across what they are learning, developing greater understanding and a more thoughtful approach.

Expanding reasoning and application
